With a great exigence and radicality, the works shown in the exhibition "Structure of Silence", attest to the permanence and vitality of geometric and kinetic abstraction. Often obeying to mathematical logics, privileging black and white combinations, and composing with a limited number of forms, they draw our attention to the purity of a line, the energy of the emptiness, the vibrations of a pattern, the tension of a point, the strength of contrasts. Whether they are animated by a search of absolutes, a spiritual quest, or a desire of objectivation, these various rigorous approaches to art, intellectually and visually stimulating, remind us that: "a work of art should always teach us that we have not seen what we see". (Paul Valéry).
